Integrated Service Department was formally set up on October of 2007 with the basic objective of improving the service standard and level of our company.

The main responsibilities are stock management, production planning, shipping arrangement, documentation, package service, customs application and the affairs on commodity inspection.

Every service team members are professional in trade, documentation, and most of them are good at English, so they have no obstacle on communicating with customers in English. The department has been run successfully for the past half year, our customer are pleased with their work for promptness and high efficiency.  

We stick to make every effort to supply quality products and service for our customers. With this new department, the quality service will definitely be improved further.
