Right coming back from CAC 2008, we Nanjing Essence started reading session in the hope of encouraging the employees to read a book intensively which involved in his major or job.

Essence reading session was scheduled at the very beginning of 2008. With the purpose of further development, Mr. Zhang, our CEO, pointed out that every member of Nanjing Essence should improve himself by studying continuously on his major or job. By doing so, we can be more talent, more professional and then we can serve the customers better.

Until now, the general manager and the vice president have given us wonderful report on what they read such as on art of leadership, administration of a company and accountancy etc. Our general engineer also shared with us the history and trend of agrochemical development.
The session is really meaningful activity which helps us learn more from each other and learn more from the book others read. The session will continue and so does the development of our company.
