September is really Essence birthday month. There are 7 of essence team have their birthday in September this year including Mr Zhong fakui and Mr Lu lingnan, who work in our formulation lab mainly studying pesticide formulating.

Mr Zhong, born in 1952, took part in the first college entry exam in 1977 successfully and entered China Pharmaceutical University majoring in Pharmaceutical. After graduation, he worked as a teacher in his alma mater for two years studying formulations. In 1984, he was invited to the pesticide research institute to start the study of pesticide formulating, which can be called the beginning of his studying career on formulating.

With more than 25 years’ experience and great fame in pesticide industry, he is admired as “formulations father”. He is surely the absolute authority in formulating of pesticide. As a senior technical adviser in Nanjing Essence, he leads our technicians to make innovations in pesticide formulating keeping our technique in advanced standard.

Mr Lu lingnan, who is 25 years old, graduated from Nanjing University of Technology, Pharmaceutical major. With the help of Mr Zhong, he has made great progress in formulating during his work for more than 2 years in Nanjing Essence.

All our technique team members are making all efforts to do their research for making better formula according to customers’ requirements. Also they have to take into consideration the possibility and efficiency in mass manufacturing in our factory.
