Rap session on pesticide patent in May
Thursday, May 31st, 2007A rap session on pesticide patent was held in May 30th in Nanjing city, Jiangsu province. During the meeting, the experts form nation wide had a sincere discussion about the effect of pesticide patent to agrochemical industry.

Experts from state intellectual property office of PRC made a brief introduction on the related laws on patent in China focusing on new varieties of pesticide. And they talked about the efficient means to take advantage of the patent information.
What the attendants care about is the possibility for manufacturing the products off-patent. The expert from Shenyang Chemical Research Institute gave an excellent report on the topic.
The meeting was held for one day ending successfully. While the patent will continue to have a great effect on the line of business.
